Persall Farms is nestled in a productive Norfolk County micro-climate. We utilize approximately 1000 acres of land to grow high-quality crops, prioritizing a thriving environment and biodiversity leadership in our modern agricultural practice.

Farming

History

Jason Persall’s great-grandfather started the farm over 150 years ago to provide a living to his family. From there, each generation has built on the legacy — combining tradition and innovation. Jason’s grandfather bred chickens that were sold widely throughout Ontario and New York State. His father expanded the farm’s acreage and introduced new crops drawing on his ingenuity (he could fix anything!).

Jason and his family continue the legacy by pushing the business in new directions through hard work, innovation, generosity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Persall Fine Foods

By creating Persall Fine Foods, we completed the circle in the journey from field to fork. We create exciting and unique, high-quality products that inspire cooks of all kinds, from ingredients grown through responsible farming and land management practices right here on Persall Farms.
