Passionate about food and farming, driven by innovation and thriving agriculture, Jason designed and built an oil mill to cold press Canadian oil seeds into premium culinary oils. Looking to add value to the family farm, this vertical integration created a new vision for the farm and the Persall circular business model.

A farmer first, Jason works hard alongside his team, creating a family-like environment. That feeling extends to the creators and chefs that work with him. A collaborative problem-solver, Jason shares ideas freely and is the hub of the wheel at Persall Fine Foods.
